Newcomers

Come join us, we are waiting for you!

If you have been checking out our community, and would like to learn more about us and our mission and ministry, we would be pleased to talk with you. If you are new to Bakersfield or new to The Oaks Community Church, or just curious about our service, and why we worship the way we do, there are several ways that you can indicate your interest:

1. Contact the church office 661.663.3888.

2. Fill out a Visitor’s card. The Visitor Cards are located in the pews in the main sanctuary. Fill in the information and put it in the offering bag, the offering boxes in the foyer, give it to an usher, or simply give it to an Oaks Member.

3. If you are interested in membership at The Oaks, we would love to talk to you. Simply contact our Church Office or indicate that interest on the Visitor Card.

We offer classes for those interested in learning more about membership and those wanting to learn more about becoming a believer in Jesus Christ. We also have newcomer fellowship meeting on a periodic basis. Check out the links on the right.
